Newburgh Auto Spa ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://newburghautospa.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you have questions, call us at (845) 567-1344 or write to us at the address at the bottom of this page.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site — a contact form, a free wash signup, a fundraising request, or a job application — we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, mobile phone number, vehicle information, and any message you write.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site you came from, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect payment information on this website. Membership purchases and billing are handled by our membership provider on their own systems.

How we use your information

  • To process free wash signups, fundraising requests, and job applications
  • To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
  • To keep our site secure and working properly

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate this site and our messaging program, and only as needed for them to do that work:

  • Form processing — our online form provider, which receives and routes what you submit
  • Text messaging — our SMS provider, which receives your mobile number only to deliver messages
  • Website hosting and security — our hosting provider, which processes server logs
  • Memberships and payments — memberships are purchased and managed through our membership provider. Payment information is collected and stored by that provider on their systems, not by this website.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, our business, or the public.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you disable them.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections and limited access to personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To make a request, call us at (845) 567-1344 or write to us at the address at the bottom of this page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
